Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators in their original packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website. If an item does not fit through your doorways or your required space, Keel is not liable to accept and return or refunds.

Once furniture is delivered, there is no return policy or exchange policy. If any delivered furniture has defects, Customer Service will assist in repairs or exchanges.

Care:

Dust frequently with a soft, clean cotton cloth. Wipe up dust using gentle, oval motions along the grain of the wood. Avoid frequent and sudden changes in humidity, direct sunlight, and chemical exposure.

Please use only a damp towel to spot clean hard and woven surfaces. Do not use any type of cleaner that contains harsh chemicals as this may damage the finish. Please be sure to use a coaster or trivet (if applicable) under hot or cold items to protect the finish. If moisture touches a surface, wipe off immediately.

Tones of polish stains differ from screen to screen and lighting at the time of photography, exact colour cannot be matched.

We ship nationwide in Pakistan. However, some areas may not be in our logistics partners zones of delivery. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped over land and therefore can only be delivered via express delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight is calculated on a volumetric basis. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
