Keel only provides curb side delivery and is not responsible for unpacking and placing your furniture piece in your home or office. Keel is also not responsible for dispensing away with the debris of unpacking.
Should you require assistance in your furniture placement, please let Keel know at the time of placing your order, Keel can offer extra labour at an additional cost to the standard delivery charges mentioned for your product.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators in their original packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website. If an item does not fit through your doorways or your required space, Keel is not liable to accept and return or refunds.
Once furniture is delivered, there is no return policy or exchange policy. If any delivered furniture has defects, Customer Service will assist in repairs or exchanges.
